Here at Reading City Football Club safeguarding comes first, so whilst we ‘Play Safe’ every weekend. We are proud to be supporting this national initiative which sees English Football unite across one weekend, every season to highlight the importance of safeguarding.
Who’s for a Brew?
This Sunday marks International Day of Older Persons, commonly known as ‘Older People’s Day’ – a day created by the United Nations over 30 years ago to celebrate older people and to celebrate anyone with a concessionary Reading City FC Season Ticket or Membership along with those who pay the concessionary rate to watch our first team game against Bedfont Sports on Saturday 30th September will be able to redeem a voucher to get one free tea or coffee on us.

You may remember that a few weeks ago we told you that we were proud to be participating in the prestigious Royal Pre-Season Cup for a second consecutive year at the world-renowned Bradfield College tomorrow, Saturday 12th August. The tournament is a 11 side International Tournament which will see teams from the USA and Scandinavia face English based teams like Reading City Football Club and we can now reveal that our Under 14s could face a professional academy side, representing Premier League outfit Fulham.
