Anti-Bullying Policy
As a club at the heart of the community, Reading City Football Club is committed to providing an environment that is safe, fun and inclusive for all our members, so they can participate in football in a relaxed and secure atmosphere.
Bullying of any kind is unacceptable at Reading City Football Club.
Safeguarding Children
As an England Football Accredited Club, Reading City Football Club acknowledges our responsibility to safeguard the welfare of every child and young person and are committed to providing a safe environment for all. We recognise that a child is anyone under the age of 18 and subscribe to The Football Association’s (The FA) Safeguarding Children Policy and Procedures.
Young Players Code of Conduct
As a club we have adopted The FA’s ‘Acceptable Behaviours guidance (5.7)’ and therefore the following code of conduct has been implemented for our young players to adhere too.
Youth Academy Filming/Photography Policy
Reading City Football Club takes its guidance on the use of images from guidelines issued by The FA.
All photographic images – still or moving – will be taken by Club Coaches or Club Officials who have completed Safeguarding training.

As a club at the heart of the local community we’re proud to offer an environment that is safe, fun and positive for all. We are therefore supporting The FA’s Respect programme to ensure football can be enjoyed in a safe & positive environment.
