Industrial action is taking place on South Western Railway on Saturday 29 July, with the operator saying that you should only travel if absolutely necessary due to a significantly reduced service in operation.

Large parts of the network will be closed, with limited trains only set to run between the hours of 0700 and 1900. The last trains of the day are set to depart at 1700. If you plan to use SWR, customers are recommended to check their entire journey on the SWR journey planner.
