This weekend sees us host another city double-header as both our city under 23s and the first team are at home on Saturday.
Saturday 11th January sees us host our second city double header of 2020 as both our under 23s and the first team will be at home.
Our Under 23s kick things off at 2 pm as they welcome Finchampstead FC to Rivers in a Thames Valley Premier League clash. Our under 23s are currently in third place whilst our visitors are sixth-placed in the league. In our earlier meeting this season, we drew 0-0.
Deano Jones will be hoping that his under 23s can remain unbeaten having started 2020 with a 1-1 draw last Saturday.
Our youngsters would love your support on Saturday, entry to Rivers for this fixture is free. Rivers is located next to The Rivermoor in Scours Lane, Tilehurst, Reading, Berkshire, RG30 6AY.
Then at 15:00, our first team will take on Virginia Water in the Hellenic Football League Premier Division at the Rivermoor. The Citizens are currently ninth place whilst our visitors are in fifteenth-placed in the league. In our earlier meeting, this season it was the citizens who came away will all three points having won 0-4.
The Rivermoor will open at 13:30 and admission is £6 Adults, £3 Concessions and Under 16s go FREE. Reading FC Season Ticket Holders also receive free* admission to all our home games.
