On the 72nd Birthday of our National Health Service Reading City Football Club is pleased to announce that next season NHS Staff will be able to watch all home games for free as we say Thank You to the NHS.
As the nation celebrates the 72nd Birthday of our National Health Service, we are proud to announce that for all home games in the 2020/21 Season, NHS Personnel will receive free entry to all Reading City home games played here at the Rivermoor, all you will need to do is produce a valid NHS ID Card at the turnstiles to receive free entry for you and your family.
During the global Covid-19 pandemic we have seen just how incredible our NHS heroes have been as they lead the fight against the greatest healthcare crisis we've faced in generations, risking their own lives to save others in the process. We especially remember the 181 members of NHS Staff who have died as a result of this pandemic, their sacrifice will never be forgotten.
As a club, we wanted to say Thank You to our NHS heroes and we hope to see some of them down at the Rivermoor very soon.
The club will also be looking at other ways to thank everyone who has helped in the fight against Covid-19 in our community and once we know when football will be returning we will announce more information, so please keep an eye on our website and social media feeds for further announcements on our plans.
