Stadium guidance

  1. A COVID-19 symptom self-assessment should take place before you come to the Stadium (high temperature, new continuous cough, a loss or change to sense of taste or smell).

  2. We ask that you make contactless payments where possible.

  3. Please note that outdoor groups are limited to households or support bubbles, or a maximum of 6 people from any number of households.

  4. You will be asked for your name and phone number to comply with the COVID-19 Track and Trace procedures.

  5. You are encouraged to use hand sanitiser or wash your hands upon entry to the Clubhouse.

  6. Those with children in tow will be reminded they are responsible for supervising them at all times and should follow social distancing guidelines.

  7. Floor markings and posters will remind you to remain at least two meters apart. This includes on terraces and in seated stands.

  8. Signs and posters will remind those using toilets of good hand washing techniques and to cough or sneeze into a tissue before binning it safely.

  9. Fans should avoid shouting or raising their voices in close proximity, when facing other fans.

Track and Trace

Each spectator must provide their details to assist us with Track and Trace procedures as soon as they arrive.

We’ve signed up to evePASS to ease congestion and long queues for our supporters attending games at The Rivermoor as we look to fulfil our obligations under the government's track and trace system and continue to allow supporters to safely attend our games!

• Enter your contact information just once and check in at any participating location by scanning their code. • Enter the size of your party • Check in using your phone!

Easy! No pen or paper required.

The QR code will be displayed at the Turnstiles for scanning.
