Cityzens in Friday night cup action
Reading City Football Club will be in action tomorrow night as we take on Wargrave Women & Girls in the Second Round of the Football in Berkshire Invitational Virtual Cup.

With grassroots football activity suspended following new national restrictions to stop the spread of COVID-19 coming into effect on Thursday 5th November, the non-league football community has had to come up with other ways of keeping busy.
Football in Berkshire, a site dedicated to everything about and related to football in the Royal County of Berkshire has very kindly brought back its popular virtual cup tournament, which saw local clubs compete against each other during the last lockdown.
The first round was full of excitement and saw many large clubs including Binfield, Bracknell Town & Windsor exit in the first round whereas the Cityzens cruised to victory over Bigshot FC.
We now need your votes again to see us progress to the third round with Wargrave Women & Girls standing in our way.
How it works
Cup ties in the Football in Berkshire Invitational Virtual Cup will be decided by Twitter Polls which will run for four hours, the side with the most votes will progress.
How do I vote
You'll need access to a Twitter account and then you'll need to keep an eye on our official feed @ReadingCityFC on Wednesday evening for a link to the poll, once the poll is live you'll just need to click on the team who you'd like to vote for.
If you don't have a Twitter account, please spread the word and tell people who do and help us progress to the next round.
